Job Description
- Accurately prepare and process monthly payroll, including basic salaries, allowances, and incentives.
- Calculate and manage salary adjustments, including promotions and financial amendments.
- Handle end-of-service settlements, ensuring timely processing of final payments.
- Develop and analyze monthly reports, including productivity efficiency and attendance compliance.
- Coordinate with finance to align payroll operations with budgetary goals.
- Ensure payroll processes adhere to all labor laws and internal policies.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee data and ensure the security of sensitive information.
Job Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in payroll processing.
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, IF statements, conditional formatting, and data analysis).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in numbers.
- Excellent communication skills to handle employee queries professionally.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
