Job Description

Reports to Managing Director


■ Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced Executive Secretary to support our Managing Director. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management, exceptional computer skills, and expertise in recruitment and supplier management.

■Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support, including scheduling and correspondence.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating management activities and projects.
  • Oversee job postings and recruitment processes.
  • Manage supplier relationships and outsourcing needs.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for decision-making.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure efficient office operations.
     

Job Requirements

■Qualifications:

  • Minimum [12 years] experience in an executive support role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
