Job Description
- Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy aligned with business goals.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the online store, including product listings, pricing, content, and promotions.
- Coordinate with marketing to plan and implement digital campaigns (social media, email, SEO, paid ads).
- Analyze website performance, customer behavior, and sales data to optimize conversion rates and reduce cart abandonment.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely order fulfillment, accurate stock levels, and smooth logistics.
- Manage relationships with external platforms (e.g., marketplaces, payment gateways, delivery partners).
- Continuously improve the user experience (UX/UI) of the website and mobile shopping interface.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related field.
- Proven experience as an E-Commerce Manager or in a similar digital retail role.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento).
- Solid understanding of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and performance marketing tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Passion for furniture and interior design is a bonus.
