Job Description
T&N Group is looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead and develop our online operations. This role comes with full authority, a dedicated budget, and the opportunity to manage a dynamic team. If you have expertise in e-commerce platforms, ERP systems, and team management.
Responsibilities
- E-Commerce Strategy: Develop and implement an effective e-commerce strategy aligned with company goals.
- Team Coordination: Align the ERP system with internal teams and oversee warehousing, customer service, and digital marketing collaboration.
- Platform Management: Oversee and manage our in-house e-commerce CMS (Shopify) and ERP system.
- Inventory Operations Performance Monitoring: Utilize analytics tools to monitor performance and conduct situation analyses.
- Last Mile management and tracking : manage & track shipping couriers and commit to ensure best out of each one.
- Customer Service: Establish and operate the internal customer service department to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Media & Photography team management: track and manage products photography and media required for marketing goals
- Marketing Agency Collaboration: Work closely with our digital marketing agency and synchronize strategies with on-ground operations.
Working Nature
- Managing 4 different teams with guide and clear strategy
- On ground Execution is less than 30% of working day : most of job is planning, monitoring, tracking and reporting.
- Preparation Period: Be prepared for dynamic changes and improvements during the initial 6:12 months.
Job Requirements
- Proven Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience as an E-commerce Manager, with a track record of managing successful e-commerce operations with in-house platforms. - Marketplace Expertise
Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Noon Seller Dashboard, and e-commerce best practices on these platforms, including listing optimization, PPC advertising, and inventory management. - E-commerce Platform Management
Experience in managing an in-house e-commerce platform, including website management, CMS tools, and order fulfillment systems. - Analytical Skills
Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amazon Business Reports) to monitor performance, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions. - Digital Marketing Knowledge
Familiarity with digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and affiliate marketing. - Results-Oriented
Demonstrated ability to drive online sales growth, increase conversion rates, and meet or exceed revenue targets. - Strong Communication
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders at all levels. - Problem-Solving Skills
Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on identifying and resolving issues related to e-commerce operations. - Good accounting knowledge
Proven knowledge with accounting department nature and how to optimize, analyze numbers into reports.
