Job Description

Role Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at bluworks, you will be at the forefront of ensuring our clients achieve measurable success with our platform. You’ll build relationships, guide clients through onboarding, and serve as a trusted advisor to maximize product adoption, satisfaction, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding & Training

  • Lead new customers through the onboarding process.
  • Deliver product training tailored to client needs.

Relationship Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Cultivate long-term partnerships and advocate for customer needs.

Adoption & Success

  • Monitor product usage, provide recommendations, and drive value realization.
  • Develop success plans and track client outcomes aligned with their HR goals.

Feedback & Product Improvement

  • Gather product feedback from clients and coordinate with the product team for enhancements.

Proactive Support

  • Identify churn risks early and implement strategies for retention.
  • Solve operational issues, escalating when necessary.

Data & Reporting

  • Share insights and metrics with clients to demonstrate success and ROI.
  • Prepare regular reports on client health, usage statistics, and strategic KPIs.

Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Customer Success team.
  • Set performance objectives, provide regular feedback, and foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Oversee hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years in customer success, account management, or a related client-facing role (HR tech or SaaS experience preferred).
  • Previous experience managing or mentoring a customer success or client-facing team is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Arabic and English proficiency required).
  • Strong problem-solving ability and analytical skills.
  • High empathy with a passion for technology and innovation.
  • Experience using CRM or customer success platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Gainsight) is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup culture and manage multiple priorities.
