Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior HR Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in all HR functions with a strong focus on recruitment, training, personnel, and payroll.
- Post job ads, screen candidates, schedule interviews.
- Manage the onboarding process, ensuring new hires understand company values and policies.
- Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and coordinate with the finance department.
- Ensure full compliance with Egyptian labor law and company policies.
- Generate regular HR reports and analyze data related to turnover, attendance, etc.
- Manage employee records and ensure all data is up to date and compliant with internal policies and labor law.
- Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, HR, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor and social insurance laws.
- Very Good in English.
- From 3 to 5 Years of Experience. (Industry background is a must)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and act on HR metrics
