Job Description
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow the 3PL logistics business.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
- Leverage CRM tools to track customer data and ensure timely follow-up with clients.
- Lead negotiations with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial terms are agreed upon.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of logistics services to clients.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by understanding their logistics needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies to meet business targets.
Job Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in a sales management position within the logistics or 3PL sector.
- Strong background in 3PL warehouse management and logistics processes.
- Excellent market scanning and business development abilities.
- Deep understanding of customer needs and a commitment to long-term partnership building.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals.
- Good Command in English, both spoken and written, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
- Proficient in CRM software and related sales tools.
