Job Description
- Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new clients and expand existing accounts.
- Build long-term relationships with key clients and partners to understand their logistics needs.
- Identify market trends and opportunities for growth in freight forwarding, warehousing, distribution, and supply chain services.
- Collaborate with operations and others departments to ensure the customers satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotes, and presentations to potential customers.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics and report to top management.
- Represent the company at events, trade shows, and networking functions.
- Stay informed about competitors, market conditions, and customer trends.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of sales experience in the logistics, freight, or transportation industry.
- Strong understanding of logistics services including warehousing, transportation, 3PL, and international freight.
- Proven ability to develop strategic sales plans and close deals.
