Job Description

  •   Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new clients and expand existing accounts.
  •   Build long-term relationships with key clients and partners to understand their logistics needs.
  •   Identify market trends and opportunities for growth in freight forwarding, warehousing, distribution, and supply chain services.
  •   Collaborate with operations and others departments to ensure the customers satisfaction.
  •   Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotes, and presentations to potential customers.
  •   Track and analyze sales performance metrics and report to top management.
  •   Represent the company at events, trade shows, and networking functions.
  •   Stay informed about competitors, market conditions, and customer trends.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 10-15 years of sales experience in the logistics, freight, or transportation industry.
  • Strong understanding of logistics services including warehousing, transportation, 3PL, and international freight.
  • Proven ability to develop strategic sales plans and close deals.
