Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development and Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives, grow market share, and strengthen relationships with key clients and international partners. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the oil and gas sector and a strong network within the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the company’s presence in the oil and gas market.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in upstream, midstream, and downstream sectors.
Manage relationships with existing clients and international partners.
Present and promote engineering services, equipment, and solutions to prospective clients.
Prepare proposals, bids, and technical/commercial offers in coordination with technical and procurement teams.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to adapt strategies accordingly.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and meetings to represent the company and establish connections.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (Mechanical or Petroleum Engineering preferred).
7+ years of experience in business development or sales within the oil and gas industry.
Strong understanding of oil & gas operations, engineering services, and technical equipment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Fluent in English.
Willingness to travel locally and internationally as needed.
