Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the logistics and supply chain industry.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.

- Collaborate with operations, marketing, and other internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Proven experience (8+ years) in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain business development.
- Strong understanding of logistics operations, transportation modes, and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop strategic plans and execute them effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills:
- Existing network of industry contacts and clients.
- Knowledge of customs regulations and international shipping.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
