Job Description
-Plan and carry out sales strategies through distributors, resellers, or agents.
-Find and sign up new partners to grow the company’s reach.
-Maintain strong relationships with partners to support ongoing business.
-Track partner performance and provide support to help them improve.
-Work with marketing and product teams to run joint campaigns and promotions.
-Negotiate prices, contracts, and incentive plans with partners.
-Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitors.
-Make sure partners follow company policies and brand standards.
-Prepare regular reports on sales results and forecasts.
-Help partners bring in new customers and expand market coverage
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2–3 years in channel or distribution sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing channel partners.
- Strong understanding of indirect sales models and channel partner dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to support decision-making.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-oriented approach.
- Ability to travel as needed to visit partners and attend meetings or events.
- Previous experience in selling household products or kitchenware is highly preferred.
