Job Description
Job Purpose: Responsible for the attraction and hiring of talents while maintaining a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to develop the annual Hiring Plan and manage its implementation.
- Expand and utilize different candidates’ sourcing channels for the various positions
- Conduct Competency Based Interviews and ensure culture fit and initial job fit.
- Provide hiring managers with shortlists of potential candidates.
- Extend Job Offers to selected candidates.
- Ensure Recruitment and Selection cycle is well adhered to as per the internal Policy.
- Ensure new hires proper onboarding.
- Maintain Recruitment Unit reporting and KPIs achievement
- Implement employer branding initiatives
Job Requirements
- 5-6 Years of experience
- English Fluency is a MUST
- Time Efficient
- Bachelor Degree Holder
