Role Overview:
• Source, screen, and interview candidates
• Post jobs across platforms and manage the hiring process
• Maintain candidate database and records
• Handle reference checks and offer negotiations
• Develop/update job descriptions
• Set KPIs for all positions
• Manage performance appraisals
• Maintain org charts and headcount reports
• Conduct onboarding, orientation & exit interviews
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree + HR Diploma
• 5–8 years of experience
• Strong English & Arabic communication
• People-oriented, agile, problem-solver
• Real Estate Background Preferred
