Job Description
- Coordinate and manage international shipments (sea & air freight) from origin to destination
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, etc.)
- Communicate with clients, shipping lines, airlines, and customs brokers
- Ensure timely booking and tracking of shipments
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Translation, or a related discipline.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in freight forwarding
- Language Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English, with strong translation abilities.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using computer systems and databases, including experience with customs management software. Strong data entry skills are essential.
- Compliance Mindset: A strong understanding of the importance of regulatory compliance in customs clearance.
