Job Description

  • Generate leads within target sectors.
  • Bring and filter all necessary resources needed to generate the leads. Ex: newspapers, Egypt today, Egypt Business, Community magazines, etc.
  • Investigate customer needs.
  • Present the product in a professional manner to the clients. 
  • Write professional proposals to customers. 
  • Follow up on tenders and their payments and collection in case of failure or won but after the finish of the project.
  • Complete the closing process and ensure revenue collection.
  • Follow up on invoicing and payment and upsell to the already existing clients. 
  • Report on a weekly basis in a defined format to the sales team manager.
  • Use customer and prospect contact activities tools and systems, and update relevant information held in these systems: 
    • CRM application.
    • Dropbox and Google drive.
  • Contribute to carry out yearly product(s) planning, setting product budget and strategic goals, defining priorities, strategies, deadlines, marketing materials, and selling points.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Previous Sales Experience will be a plus.
  • Ability to work inside and outside the office and for flexible hours.
  • High selling, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent command of English and Arabic languages.
  • Experience: 1 – 3 years in the Sales field -- a software company will be a plus.
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems
