Job Description
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for low current systems in building projects. • Engage with consultants, contractors, and end-users to promote and specify company solutions. • Conduct technical presentations, solution proposals, and demonstrations to prospective clients. • Prepare and deliver accurate technical and commercial proposals and quotations. • Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure the proposed solutions meet client requirements. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, standards, and competitor activities. • Follow up on leads, manage the sales pipeline, and meet or exceed sales targets. • Identify sales opportunities within each account and cover the buying centers for each of them. • Participate in site visits, technical evaluations, and coordination meetings as required. • Assist in tendering processes, including BOM creation, pricing, and technical submittals. • Utilize whole available products and services portfolio in all potential business opportunities within the strategic target accounts, to generate a consistent and continuous revenue entry for each of them. • Develop the necessary partnership and alliances with external integrators and other business partners to provide leverage in each strategic account and opportunity. • Sourcing leads and cold calling potential customers • Developing business opportunities by arranging meetings and making sales pitches • Answering customer queries & addressing issues • Arranging follow-up meetings with clients to retain their business and make further sales • Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of the industry and the products |
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in sales or presales of low current systems in the construction or Real Estate Sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of:
- Structured cabling systems )
- Building Management Systems (BMS)(copper & fiber
- Data center infrastructure (racks, PDUs, cooling, UPS, etc.)
- Experience working with system integrators, MEP consultants, and general contractors is preferred.
- Familiarity with industry standards (TIA/EIA, BICSI, ASHRAE, etc.).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & CRM platforms
- AutoCAD or design tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
