- Now Hiring: Proactive International & Domestic Salesperson – PVC Leather & Textiles Division

Brands: Kandil™ | DEEJU™
Full-Time | Field-Based | Base Salary + Commission - KTC Egypt is the exclusive international distributor of one of Egypt’s largest PVC manufacturing factories, producing high-quality synthetic leather and PVC textiles for:
- Automotive interiors
- Furniture & upholstery
- Handbags, belts & shoes
- Clothing & fashion accessories
- We also distribute a well known American/Canadian brand of PVC car leather as the exclusive distributors under the Kandil brand.
- We are seeking a high-energy, field-driven sales professional to grow domestic and global markets, acquire overseas customers, and boost exports for our brands Kandil™ DEEJU™.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire and develop business with international companies for PVC leather and textiles exports
- Actively prospect, visit, and close new customers domestically and abroad
- Research, understand, and adapt to different market requirements, ensuring our products are marketed in the way each region demands
- Follow up on all leads, inquiries, and trade show contacts
- Monitor and analyze global PVC leather market trends and competition
- Work with Marketing & Branding Managers to:
- Plan and execute campaigns, sales posts, and videos
- Open new sales channels and outlets
- Strengthen brand positioning globally
- Represent KTC Egypt at local and international exhibitions and trade events
- ● Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth and revenue.
- ● Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- ● Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion.
- ● Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients and stakeholders.
- ● Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals.
- ● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- ● Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by management.
- ● Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to promote the company and generate leads.
- ● Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.
- ● Provide regular reports and updates to management on business development progress.
- Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven sales success with strong results in B2B selling
- Familiarity with PVC leather, synthetic textiles, or similar industries is a major plus
- Excellent English (spoken and written)
- Strong international business development and negotiation skills
- Highly proactive, results-oriented, and organized
- Ability to travel internationally and work independently
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience selling textiles (domestic or export) with documented sales results
- Experience in automotive, fashion accessories, or furniture supply chains
- Spanish language ability (advantage)
- Familiarity with export procedures and documentation
