Job Description
- Identify potential buyers and build a strong client network.
- Provide expert advice on property valuation, market trends, and investment opportunities.
- Arrange property viewings and conduct negotiations between parties.
- Prepare and review sales/lease agreements and legal documents.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote listings (digital & offline).
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Property Consultant, Real Estate Agent, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of the local property market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Valid real estate license/certification (if required in your region).
- Proficiency in CRM software and property listing platforms.
