Job Summary:  

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Smart Village. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations within BPO or call center environments, and will be responsible for supporting the full employee life cycle, ensuring a smooth and effective HR function across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and management.
  • Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for BPO/call center roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on-boarding.
  • Support employee engagement, performance management, and retention initiatives.
  • Handle employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records 
  • Coordinate and execute payroll inputs and ensure timely salary disbursements in collaboration with the finance department.
  • Assist with training and development initiatives.
  • Ensure HR reports and metrics are regularly updated and shared with senior management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably within a BPO or call center environment.
  • Solid understanding of Egyptian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with HR software systems 
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
