Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to manage the daily operations of our Human Resources department. This role involves supporting recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with full-cycle recruitment (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding).
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
• Support employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering a positive work environment.
• Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs.
• Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Manage performance appraisal processes.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Support HR projects like engagement initiatives, policy reviews, and system improvements.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR certifications are a plus).
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar HR role.
• Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.
