Lead and coach the plant's teams in Maintenance, Production, Planning, Warehouse, Quality Control, Indirect purchasing, and Costing departments to drive continuous improvement and achieve the business goals.
Ensure the effective implementation of production plans through the plant team by creating and maintaining the plant operation schedule.
Ensure the highest levels of performance are achieved by setting objectives, managing individual and team performance, developing and motivating staff.
Prepare and recommend the Plant budget and monitor financial performance versus the planned budget.
Manage all preventative and breakdown maintenance and engineering activities to ensure that physical assets are maintained to the highest possible standard and production lines are continuously available to meet sales requirements.
Implement and ensure adherence to quality management policies and procedures.
Implement and ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene policies and procedures by enforcing health and safety protocols during all stages of production.
Analyze current workflows and work place productivity, identify inefficiencies, and implement Lean strategies to improve productivity and quality.
Develop and implement LEAN principles and tools to streamline supply chain processes and reduce inefficiencies.

Bachelor's degree in Supply chain, Engineering, industrial management, logistics, or related field.
Proven 7+ experience in a managerial role within a factory.
Certification in production and inventory management as well as quality control.
Excellent Knowledge in manufacturing strategy and operating Management.
Excellent knowledge in manufacturing performance (OEE, GMP, HACCP)and improvement tools.
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
Outstanding time management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong management and leadership skills.
Effective communication skills.
