Position Overview: The Factory Manager at ATAYA Construction Products is responsible for
overseeing all aspects of the factory’s operations, ensuring high performance across all
departments, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency. The role involves
upgrading the management system, implementing the Odoo ERP system, and focusing on quality
control, cost management, and financial performance. The Factory Manager will also ensure
compliance with CE certification standards and ISO 9001 management systems, making the
factory a hub for the manufacture of all types of bridge bearings.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Management:
o Oversee daily factory operations and ensure production targets are met efficiently
and on schedule.
o Monitor all production processes, from raw material procurement to final product
assembly and testing.
o Implement and oversee maintenance schedules to ensure equipment reliability and
minimal downtime.
2. Quality Management:
o Ensure strict adherence to quality control processes for all products.
o Maintain and improve CE certification standards and ISO 9001 compliance.
o Utilize the lab for testing rubber materials, steel, and finished products to maintain
high quality standards.
3. ERP System Implementation:
o Lead the implementation of the ERP system across all departments.
o Train staff on the use of the ERP system to enhance efficiency and accuracy in
operations.
4. Financial Management:
o Oversee the accounting performance, financial statements, and cash flow
management.
o Develop and manage budgets, and implement cost-saving measures.
o Monitor financial performance against goals and provide regular updates to senior
management.
5. Performance Management:
o Develop and implement KPIs for all departments to measure performance and
productivity.
o Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to department heads.
o Promote a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.

6. Strategic Planning:
o Develop and execute strategic plans to increase production capacity and
efficiency.
o Identify opportunities for process improvements and new product development

o Implement and monitor safety programs to reduce accidents and injuries.

o Maintain strong relationships with customers and address any quality or service
issues promptly.
o Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to meet customer
expectations and deliver high-quality products on time.
