Job Description
- Supervise all stages of production, focusing on the quality and precision of offset printing.
- Monitor printing machine performance to ensure high-quality products.
- Manage the production team, ensuring adherence to production and quality standards.
- Improve workflows and processes to achieve high productivity with minimal costs.
- Ensure deadlines are met and customer satisfaction is guaranteed.
- Coordinate with managers to define objectives and requirements.
- Estimate costs and prepare budgets.
- Resolve production issues to maintain smooth operations.
- Evaluate and supervise production personnel, such as quality inspectors.
- Approve maintenance work and purchase of new equipment.
- Enforce health and safety standards.
- Report to upper management on production performance.
Job Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in offset printing and production management.
- Previous experience in operations management in printing presses or packaging factories.
- In-depth knowledge of offset printing machine operations and maintenance.
- Familiarity with modern production techniques and efficiency improvement tools.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to guide and motivate the team to achieve the desired objectives.
- Ability to analyze problems and make quick, effective decisions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate with different teams within the organization.
- Ability to work under pressure and solve operational issues quickly and effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
