Job Description
- Oversee and manage all aspects of SPC production operations to ensure optimal efficiency and product quality.
- Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise production teams, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for process optimization and waste reduction.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure all machinery and equipment are operating at peak performance and comply with safety standards.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to uphold strict adherence to international and company-specific quality standards.
- Drive the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and best practices across the production floor.
- Prepare and manage production budgets, monitor expenses, and report on operational performance to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations within the production facility.
- Liaise with procurement, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure the availability of raw materials and timely dispatch of finished products.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in SPC, Upvc, WPC, PVC production or a related manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale production operations, preferably within the plastics industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising multidisciplinary teams.
- In-depth knowledge of PVC manufacturing processes, machinery, and quality control systems.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and optimize production schedules and workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Commitment to upholding workplace safety and environmental standards.
