About the Role

We are hiring a Production & Maintenance Manager for a leading cookware manufacturing company to lead and direct all production and maintenance activities, ensuring operational efficiency, product quality, and compliance with safety standards. This is a senior leadership role that requires a strong technical background and proven track record in managing large teams within the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all production and maintenance operations including production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance production efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
• Lead and mentor the production & maintenance teams, overseeing recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and quality standards.
• Analyze production data, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with procurement, quality, and supply chain departments for seamless operations.
• Manage production and maintenance budgets, monitor expenses, and prepare periodic reports.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure equipment readiness.
• Report regularly on performance metrics and provide recommendations to top management.
