Job Description
- Plan, organize, and direct all manufacturing activities within the factory.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands while optimizing resources.
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
- Manage and motivate a team of production staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments such as procurement, quality assurance, and maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
- Implement and oversee continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Maintain inventory levels, track production metrics, and prepare reports for senior management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to motivate and mentor teams.
- Excellent understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
