Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Inbound & Receiving
• Oversee the receiving process for supplier and production shipments
• Ensure accurate documentation, item counts, and quality checks
• Implement SOPs for damaged or short-delivered items
Inventory Management
• Maintain proper stock levels across racking and floor zones
• Ensure bin location accuracy, labeling, and item traceability
• Work with ERP (Odoo) to minimize stock discrepancies
Outbound & Dispatch
• Manage daily order dispatch (bulk and express)
• Coordinate with 3PLs, internal fleet, and courier services
• Ensure timely loading, route planning, and accurate order handoff
Team Management
• Supervise warehouse staff (30+ workers, 2 supervisors)
• Monitor productivity, attendance, and safety compliance
• Conduct training and performance evaluations

• Improve space utilization and warehouse layout
• Identify and implement best practices to reduce errors and lead times
• Ensure adherence to daily KPIs and SLA
Job Requirements
• Min 7 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in furniture, bulky goods, or DTC brands
• Strong knowledge of WMS/ERP systems (Odoo preferred)
• Proven ability to lead large teams and operate in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Familiarity with safety and compliance regulations
