Job Description
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that ensure cost-efficiency, reliability, and high performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Monitor demand forecasting and supply planning to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with medical industry regulations and quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal departments including sales, production, and finance to align supply chain activities with business goals.
- Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain performance using KPIs and analytical tools.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in supply chain management within the medical supplies industry (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of procurement, logistics, and inventory systems.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Experience with ERP systems and supply chain software.
