Job Description

  • Responsible for developing the operational plan of the print shop and supervising its comprehensive execution.
  • Coordinating between production, quality, maintenance, and human resources.
  • Conducting a monthly review of key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Overseeing budget management, cost planning, and production planning .

 

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in managing garment factories or similar manufacturing plants.
  • Experience with M&R printing machines (A must) .
  • Strong leadership and analytical abilities.
