Job Description
- Lead the implementation of NetSuite Supply Chain modules, including Inventory Management, Order Management, Procurement, and Demand Planning.
- Customize the system to align with the client’s supply chain processes and industry requirements.
- Configure workflows, dashboards, and reports to provide insights and optimize supply chain performance.
- Conduct requirements gathering and process mapping sessions with clients to understand their business needs.
- Provide best practice recommendations for supply chain management and process improvements using NetSuite capabilities.
- Act as a subject matter expert, advising clients on how to effectively use NetSuite to meet their operational goals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the supply chain modules of NetSuite.
- Perform system testing, data validation, and quality assurance to ensure accurate implementation.
- Monitor system performance and make recommendations for enhancements to improve efficiency.
- Develop training materials and user guides for clients.
- Provide end-user training and ongoing support to ensure effective adoption of NetSuite’s supply chain modules.
- Document system configurations, customizations, and key processes for reference and future updates.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations throughout the implementation process.
- Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Track project progress and report status updates to clients and senior management.
Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in NetSuite ERP, with a focus on supply chain modules.
- Experience in working with multi-location or multi-national supply chain operations.
- NetSuite Certification (ERP Consultant or Supply Chain User Certification).
Skills
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in NetSuite modules like Inventory Management, Order Management, Procurement, and Advanced Manufacturing.
- Familiarity with SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and SuiteScript is a plus.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
