Job Description
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
- Conduct periodic stocktaking and ensure that actual balances match the records.
- Accurately record incoming and outgoing movements using accounting systems or ERP software.
- Coordinate with technical departments and purchasing team to meet project needs.
- Ensure the safe and proper storage of tools, equipment, and construction materials.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and comply with occupational safety and health procedures.
Job Requirements
- A suitable intermediate or higher qualification (preferably in Business Administration or equivalent).
- Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in warehouse management, preferably in the construction sector.
- Proficiency in using inventory software and computer applications (Excel – ERP or accounting software).
- Ability to work under pressure with high accuracy.
- Commitment, honesty, and ability to work within a team.
