Job Description
• Execute procurement activities based on approved purchase requests from projects or warehouses.
• Source new suppliers and regularly update the supplier database.
• Request quotations and perform technical and commercial evaluations in coordination with the engineering team.
• Support negotiations to secure optimal terms and prices.
• Issue purchase orders and ensure proper internal approvals.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with specifications.
• Monitor material deliveries, resolve issues related to delays, quality, or documentation.
• Prepare periodic reports on procurement status, supplier performance, and stock updates.
• Comply with company procurement policies, quality standards, and safety procedures.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain).
• 3–5 years of procurement experience, preferably in contracting or engineering firms.
• Good knowledge of construction materials and technical systems (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical).
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; ERP system experience is a plus (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
