We are a successful vacant land investment business with a mission to help people discover the value of owning their own land. As a Lead Manager/Appointment Setter, you'll play a vital role in our operations by managing seller leads, qualifying them, and setting appointments for our sales specialists.
This position is perfect for someone who loves building relationships, is competitive and results-driven, and excels in follow-up communication. Land or Real Estate knowledge is a plus!
Your mission in this position is to have conversations that produce a positive customer experience, qualify and categorize leads, and effectively manage leads in the CRM.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with and qualify seller leads via phone, text, email, and other communication tools.
- Manage and update leads in the CRM system.
- Set appointments for our Land Buying Specialists to close deals.
- Follow up diligently and consistently to ensure leads progress through the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the team to refine processes and contribute to the company's success.
- Occasionally assist with other business areas as needed.
