About MSTQR

MSTQR is a fast-growing startup revolutionizing visitor management in gated communities and workplaces. Our mobile-based platform enables residents and employees to generate secure digital QR passes for guests, simplifying access control while enhancing security and transparency. We’re currently scaling across Europe and looking for a driven Salesperson to lead our B2B client acquisition and conversion efforts.

What You’ll Do

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential communities, property management companies, and corporate facilities.

Build and manage a sales pipeline of potential clients, from initial contact to closing deals.

Conduct product demos and presentations, tailored to client pain points and use cases.

Develop long-term client relationships and contribute to customer success in early adoption stages.

Collaborate closely with the product team to provide feedback and help shape MSTQR’s value proposition.

Attend industry events, local networking meetups, and trade shows (as needed) to expand brand reach.

Job Requirements

You’re a Great Fit If You

Have 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, proptech, or access control industries.

Are a natural communicator, persuasive, and confident in client-facing roles.

Understand how to navigate decision-makers in facility management, real estate, or security.

Are self-motivated and entrepreneurial—you thrive in a startup environment with minimal micromanagement.

Speak fluent English

Nice to Have

Familiarity with CRM tools.

Prior experience in the gated community or smart home tech market

Basic understanding of access management or digital pass systems
