Profit CRM, a powerful and flexible CRM platform, is seeking an Implementation Specialist to join our team! Our mission is to help businesses streamline operations, enhance customer engagement, and drive growth—and it all starts with a smooth, customized onboarding experience.

As an Implementation Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in configuring our SaaS product to meet each client’s unique needs, ensuring a successful launch and solid foundation for long-term adoption.

 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Technical Setup: Support initial configuration needs like server host allocation, system settings, and API setups.
• Feature Customization: Work closely with clients to tailor platform features, permissions, and workflows to match their specific requirements.
• System Configuration: Assist in setting up accounts, user roles, access controls, and integrations with third-party tools.
• Data Migration: Help clients safely and accurately migrate data from their previous systems into Profit CRM.
• Project Management: Collaborate with project managers and trainers to manage onboarding timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
• Post-Implementation Review: Conduct follow-up assessments to resolve any outstanding issues and validate successful deployment.
• Smooth Handover: Transition the client to the Customer Success team after onboarding is complete, ensuring a seamless continuation of service and support.
