Job Description

You will be responsible for overseeing and managing  IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and client satisfaction. 

Responsibilities:

Project Initiation: 

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Identify and assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Project Execution: 

  • Monitor project progress and identify potential issues.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Manage project budget and resource allocation.
  • Make timely decisions and resolve project-related problems.

Project Closure and Documentation: 

  • Conduct project reviews and evaluations.
  • Document project lessons learned and best practices.
  • Ensure project closure and handoff to relevant teams.

Quality Assurance and Client Satisfaction:

  • Ensure the quality of project deliverables by implementing rigorous testing and validation processes, including user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Oversee the development of user manuals, training materials, and other project documentation.
  • Foster strong client relationships and ensure their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • BSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of proven experience as a Project Manager, with a strong focus on implementing ERP systems.   
  •  Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
  • PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
  •
