Job Description
- Organize and document meetings, including preparing agendas and writing Minutes of Meeting (MOM).
- Track project progress and update schedules using tools like Microsoft Project or Gantt Charts.
- Follow up with teams and stakeholders to ensure task completion according to timelines.
- Prepare periodic progress reports (weekly/monthly).
- Maintain and update project risk and issue logs.
- Assist in reviewing contracts, financial reports, and payments.
- Ensure quality control using standardised checklists.
- Document and track change requests using approved templates.
- Support in preparing and documenting user acceptance tests (UAT).
- Coordinate with the client and technical teams to implement the project plan.
Job Requirements
- Prior experience as a Project Assistant (preferably in ERP or similar domains).
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Odoo, MS Project).
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
- Team player with time management and multitasking capabilities.
