Job Description

1. Project Management
- Lead projects from initiation through closure, overseeing timelines, budgets, resources, stakeholders, and risks.
- Develop and implement project plans, methodologies, and schedules to align with the organization’s portfolio and strategic objectives.
- Monitor and control all project phases, ensuring deliverables meet agreed quality, scope, and time requirements.
2. Stakeholder & Team Coordination
- Facilitate communication and alignment among internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Conduct project kick-off meetings and regular progress reviews to ensure clarity on objectives, roles, and expectations.
- Resolve project-related issues collaboratively, fostering positive relationships with all stakeholders.
3. Performance & Quality Oversight
- Verify task completion and track project team performance across the lifecycle.
- Monitor project scope changes, risks, and issues, taking corrective actions where necessary.
- Ensure adherence to defined processes, SLAs, and industry best practices, identifying areas for continuous improvement.
4. Financial & Value Management
- Review ROI, business cases, and budgets to ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
- Monitor expenditures, control project costs, and promote cost-effective solutions.
- Forecast earned value estimates and provide stakeholders with accurate financial performance reports.
5. Reporting & Communication
- Prepare and deliver regular project updates to stakeholders, including status reports, risk assessments, and performance reviews.
- Ensure transparent communication across all levels, keeping teams informed of progress, challenges, and scope changes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Adminstration
- 3–5 years of experience in project management or related roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a creative approach to challenges.
- Proficiency in project management software tools, methodologies, and industry best practices.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
