Sr Project Management Engineer

1. Project Management

• Lead projects from initiation through closure, overseeing timelines, budgets, resources, stakeholders, and risks.
• Develop and implement project plans, methodologies, and schedules to align with the organization’s portfolio and strategic objectives.
• Monitor and control all project phases, ensuring deliverables meet agreed quality, scope, and time requirements.

2. Stakeholder & Team Coordination

• Facilitate communication and alignment among internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Conduct project kick-off meetings and regular progress reviews to ensure clarity on objectives, roles, and expectations.
• Resolve project-related issues collaboratively, fostering positive relationships with all stakeholders.

3. Performance & Quality Oversight

• Verify task completion and track project team performance across the lifecycle.
• Monitor project scope changes, risks, and issues, taking corrective actions where necessary.
• Ensure adherence to defined processes, SLAs, and industry best practices, identifying areas for continuous improvement.

4. Financial & Value Management

• Review ROI, business cases, and budgets to ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
• Monitor expenditures, control project costs, and promote cost-effective solutions.
• Forecast earned value estimates and provide stakeholders with accurate financial performance reports.

5. Reporting & Communication

• Prepare and deliver regular project updates to stakeholders, including status reports, risk assessments, and performance reviews.
• Ensure transparent communication across all levels, keeping teams informed of progress, challenges, and scope changes.
