MEP Project Manager

1. Project Management

• Lead MEP project phases from initiation through completion, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Develop and execute project plans, methodologies, and schedules to align with organizational goals and standards.

2. Contractor and Consultant Coordination

• Oversee contractor and consultant activities to ensure compliance with contract terms and quality standards.
• Conduct regular meetings with project stakeholders to monitor progress, address issues, and align on project goals.

3. Technical Oversight

• Review and approve MEP designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure alignment with project requirements and industry standards.
• Provide technical guidance to project teams on MEP-related matters, ensuring adherence to best practices and relevant codes.

4. Client Relations

• Act as the primary contact for the owner, representing client interests with technical contractors and consultants.
• Prepare and deliver project updates and reports, detailing progress, challenges, and potential scope changes.

5. Budget Management

• Track MEP-related budgets, monitor expenses, and promote cost-effective solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and approve contractor invoices and payment requests, ensuring alignment with project budget constraints.
