Job Description
Engineering Projects Manager Code SS-2401
Location: Egypt
Experience Required: Minimum 15 years in managing luxurious Hospitality projects from consultancy role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex engineering projects from initiation to completion.
- Supervise multi-disciplinary project teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress.
- Monitor project performance, conduct risk assessments, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Review and approve technical documents, project schedules, and financial reports.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards across all project phases.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Architectural, (Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.)
- Minimum of 15 years of proven experience in managing large-scale projects.
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Experience with Revit and BIM interface.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
