Architecture Site Engineer

• Site Engineer/ Project Manager Architect 
  (Residential, commercial, industrial and administration interior finishing)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all finishing works and maintains high-quality standards.
• Carries out technical supervision of ongoing Finishing work at all stages.
• Coordinates with different contractors to maintain and improve quality of work
• Coordinates between the clients and different workshops.
• Ensures that all projects are delivered on time.
• Responsible for the procurement plan.
• Responsible for site daily operations.
• Performs Daily& weekly and monthly reports.
• Provide architectural solutions.
• Managing relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Coordinating the different finishing site activities in the project
• Managing site to achieve project goals (quality, cost, time).
• Doing quality control checks for site works on a periodic basis.
• Reviewing & adjusting shop drawings
