Job Description
• Collect project data and distribute to relevant team in co-ordination with project manager.
• Prepare project kick-off documents and presentations
• Assist in preparing project schedule and progress reports
• Issue MOM after the coordination meetings
• Issue and track client requests, RFIs and changes
• Collect and review project submission documents check for accuracy and completeness
• Assist project manager in tracking project statistics such as project budget, KPIs and VORs
• Track and submit issued formal transmittals for all submissions
• Interface with client through the relevant admin personals for: In/Out documentations, emails, telephone calls, faxes, meetings, change orders, scope additions, contract amendments, scheduling, etc.
• Track project changes throughout the project duration.
Job Requirements
• B.Sc. Architecture/ Civil Engineering
• 2 years of technical experience.
• Very good English both spoken and written
• Very good computer skills (Windows - Excel - Word- AutoCAD- Outlook – Internet)
• Has Knowledge how to use the available tools
• Has high communication skills; willing to listen and able to express
• Has loyalty to the system and team members. Has willingness to change
• Treat team members with respect
