Job Description
- follow up on company lines and ensure smooth communication service
- handle bill payments for company services (internet, phone lines ,utilities, etc..)
- greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- In-depth understanding of office management and daily operations
- Hands on experience with MS Office
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- manage filing system , both electronic and paper-based
- order and maintain office supplies and equipment
- High School degree; additional qualification as a personal assistant or secretary will be a plus
