Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office tasks including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and organizing files
  • Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
  • Prepare and manage official documents, reports, and presentations
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Provide administrative support to executives and other staff members
  • Ensure smooth communication between internal departments

 

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a secretary or in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Bachelor's degree in any field is a Must
