Job Description
Leading end-to-end recruitment processes, partnering with hiring managers to meet staffing needs, and implementing effective strategies to attract and hire top talent. The ideal candidate should have a strong talent acquisition background, knowledge of recruitment best practices, and the ability to provide exceptional candidate experiences.
DTRs:
- Collaborate with hiring managers for annual manpower planning, devising recruitment strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Identify and attract top-tier talent using diverse channels, oversee candidate screenings, and conduct interviews to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Direct the entire recruitment process, from job ad placements to final hiring recommendations and coordination of assessments.
- Maintain positive candidate experiences, building and nurturing strong relationships throughout the recruitment journey.
- Design and create effective selection tools in collaboration with department heads to ensure rigorous and quality assessments.
- Conduct thorough reference checks and manage background screenings as needed to ensure compliance.
- Lead onboarding activities, including documentation creation, orientation sessions, and stakeholder coordination to ensure a seamless integration process for new hires.
- Utilize HRIS tools proficiently to manage candidate data, track recruitment metrics, and generate insightful reports.
Job Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience preferred in industrial/ manufacturing background.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in English language
- proficiency in using MS excel & have an experience in ERP/ HRIS systems.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and selection methodologies.
