Job Description
- Attendance Management
- Maintain daily attendance records and prepare monthly attendance reports for the accounting department.
- KPI Tracking & Monthly Evaluation
- Collaborate with departments to track employee KPIs.
- Calculate and report monthly performance-based bonuses or deductions.
- Recruitment Support
- Post job openings, draft job descriptions, and list responsibilities.
- Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial interviews.
- Employee Relations
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns and complaints.
- Work to resolve minor disputes and escalate serious issues when necessary.
- Onboarding & Offboarding
- Assist in preparing onboarding documents and facilitating orientation for new hires.
- Support the offboarding process, including final clearance.
- HR Documentation
- Maintain and update employee records (contracts, warnings, promotions, etc.).
- Ensure all files are properly organized and confidential information is securely stored.
- Leave Management
- Track employee leaves (vacation, sick, unpaid) and ensure alignment with company policy.
- Policy Communication
- Ensure employees are informed about company policies, procedures, and any updates.
Job Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role (preferably in attendance, recruitment, or employee relations).
- Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for attendance and KPI tracking).
- Familiarity with HR systems and tools for managing employee records and recruitment.
- Soft Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to mediate employee issues professionally.
