Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our HR team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR systems, including implementation, configuration, and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience working with HR systems, possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Implement and configure HR systems, including HRIS, payroll, and benefits.
  • Maintain and update HR systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop and implement HR system workflows, reports, and analytics.
  • Provide technical support and training to HR staff and employees on HR systems.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to design and implement HR processes and procedures.
  • Analyze HR data and provide insights to support business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Participate in HR system upgrades and testing.

Job Requirements

Requirements: 

  • 3-5 years of experience working with HR systems
  • Strong technical skills in HR system implementation, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field.

Nice to Have: 

  • Certification in HR systems, such as Workday or SuccessFactors.
  • Experience with data analytics and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of programming languages, such as SQL or JavaScript.
  • Experience with cloud-based human resources (HR) systems.
