Job Description

The Sales Specialist B2B is responsible for driving revenue growth by actively engaging with potential and existing customers, promoting Dewan Soft's products/services, and achieving sales targets within a defined territory or sector. This role requires a proactive, results-oriented individual with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. The Sales Specialist will be expected to manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, and provide exceptional customer service throughout.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify sales leads through various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, online research, referrals).
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations.
  • Effectively manage and close sales opportunities within the assigned territory or sector.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-up.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on market opportunities and customer needs.
  • Identify and pursue new market segments or customer groups.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
  • Track and analyze sales performance against targets.
  • Manage expenses and adhere to company policies.
  • Work closely with other departments (e.g., marketing, customer service, product development) to achieve company objectives.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
  • Share best practices and insights with the sales team.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in [Relevant Industry].
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
