Job Description
The Sales Specialist B2B is responsible for driving revenue growth by actively engaging with potential and existing customers, promoting Dewan Soft's products/services, and achieving sales targets within a defined territory or sector. This role requires a proactive, results-oriented individual with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. The Sales Specialist will be expected to manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, and provide exceptional customer service throughout.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify sales leads through various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, online research, referrals).
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations.
- Effectively manage and close sales opportunities within the assigned territory or sector.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-up.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
