Job Summary:

We are seeking a Area Manager to oversee and optimize press machinery operations across our plastic recycling warehouses in Cairo, Alexandria, Menoufia, and Suez. You will lead a team of Operations Supervisors, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance while driving continuous improvement in production output and equipment maintenance. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership: 

   - Directly manage and mentor Operations Supervisors across multiple locations. 

   - Conduct performance reviews, training, and shift scheduling. 

2. Operational Excellence:

   - Oversee daily press machinery operations (balers, shredders, extruders) to meet production targets. 

   - Implement Lean Manufacturing  principles to reduce waste and improve throughput. 

3. Maintenance & Safety:

   - Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed to minimize downtime. 

4. Regional Coordination:

   - Standardize processes across all locations (Cairo, Alex, Menoufia, Suez). 

   - Troubleshoot cross-location operational bottlenecks. 

5. Reporting & KPIs:

   - Track metrics: Machine uptime, output tonnage, defect rates. 

   - Report weekly to senior management on regional performance.
