Job Description
- Supervise the manufacturing process, ensuring efficiency, safety, and adherence to production timelines.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials and equipment.
- Coordinating procurement as needed.
- Oversee quality control throughout the production process to ensure finished products meet company and industry standards.
- Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and warehouse teams for smooth operational flow.
- Lead, support, and motivate team members, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of inventory control, production planning, and quality management systems.
- Mens are Preferred
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in operations or production management, preferably in manufacturing or woodwork industries.
